Civil Litigation
Civil litigation is a general descriptor of the process in which civil matters are resolved, either through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or trial to a court. Civil matters are non-criminal disputes between members of the community that arise from the parties’ contracts, leases, agreements, ownership or use of property, and/or interactions with each other. The attorneys at Law of the Rockies have represented clients in a wide variety of matters such as complex litigation involving commercial and business transactions, construction projects, contracts, easements and rights of way, oil and gas, land use covenants, trespass, and tort claims.
